Introduction

Hello, I’m Jean, the counsellor at Little Steps Counselling. Since 2009, I’ve supported children, teenagers, adults and families across schools, churches, and community settings.

My approach is compassionate, person-centred, and evidence-informed, creating a safe and respectful environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I am a Member of the Australian Counselling Association and am committed to ethical, professional, and ongoing learning practices.

If you’re considering counselling for the first time, you are warmly welcome. We will move forward at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you.
